Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

Items must be returned or exchanged within 14 days from the date of delivery.

Products must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all tags and packaging intact.

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required for all returns and exchanges.

All regular-priced items are eligible for return or exchange.

Sale or discounted items are ‘final sale’ and cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a defect or error on our part.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  2. Pack the Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all tags and labels.
  3. Ship the Item: Send the package to our return address (provided by our customer service team). Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
Refund Process

 Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business day

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase. Please allow additional time for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Exchange Process

If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please let us know when initiating the return. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

We will ship the replacement item once the returned item is received and inspected. Shipping charges for the replacement item will be covered by Qasnee.

Damaged or Defective Items

Final Sale Items

Items marked as “Final Sale” cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
